Keto Carnivory: Changes Due to Budget, Dropping Carnivore?

Well I tried adding unrefined Himalayan salt yesterday in the hopes of dropping extra weight. Unfortunately, my weight went up this morning, plus I had terrible foot cramps all evening and night. So I won't use salt.

I am going to try adding in butternut squash. It is cheap and I will try adding Lactobacillus plantarum for best digestibility. I am finishing up the dairy that I bought, also fermenting with sour cream culture. I might buy more. I can't really afford much grassfed beef cuts, the prices and scarcity are just making it too difficult. And I don't find pork, chicken, or eggs very healthy for me. So I might just have affordable fish like scad or saury, and squash. If I do ok gut-wise with the squash, I might try other vegetables. They are just so much more affordable.

I am still considering buying some land too. I had considered raising sheep or geese, but I might try raising vegetables instead. 

So at almost 5 years carnivore, it looks like I might have to make a change!
