Keto Carnivory: Back to Basics

I am back to the absolute basics: beef, fish, water. I ventured into fermented dairy for a few months, but as usual, it eventually affected my gut. I even attempted fermented butternut squash, tomato, and strawberries. No go right away. So I am back to my old stand-by's: cheap grassfed beef cuts such as kidney, heart, tongue, sweetbreads, and ground. And yesterday I was able to get some affordable wild caught seafood from the Asian grocery. My budget is just US$5 per pound, so i am limited in the seafood as well as the beef. However, I have found scad, mackerel, and saury are affordable. 

It feels good to have my gut back to normal!
