Keto Carnivory: Great Benefits

I am enjoying some beef tendon that one of my favorite local grassfed beef ranchers was able to procure for me. Tendons are a great source of gelatin/collagen and are delicious when slow-cooked in water for 12 hours.

Eating foods high in gelatin/collagen is reputedly good for one's own skin and joints. I can't complain there! I also have been lately doing some red light therapy to see if that improves my collagen in my face and legs too. I've been using it for three days so far. We'll see!

My friend who is in his 60s has been carnivore for three months now. He lost 40 lbs and recently got perfect scores on his heart scan and cardiovascular ultrasound. He also got excellent levels in all his blood parameters. With the inclusion of red light therapy and weightlifting, he also improved his DHEA and testosterone to perfect levels! That's some great benefits!
