Question and Answer Page!

I thought it might be nice to set up a Question and Answer page for people that might have questions, comments, or support regarding following a zero carb keto diet! Note that I am not a doctor, this is not medical advice, just my own personal opinion! And of course, please keep comments respectful and civil! To participate, please click "Enter Your Comment" under the Comments area below on this page. Then I will get a notification and can reply to you! You will be given an option to receive notification by email of any followup replies to your comment. Thank you for reading! Grassfed lamb ribs with sea salt

A Natural Way of Life

Many people are so shocked when I tell them that I eat only meat, fat, and salt. They say, "How could you stand it? Isn't it boring? I could never do that!" But it is a very natural way of life! The foods are amazingly delicious, nutrient dense, so easy to prepare, and require very little processing from start to finish. And there is barely any waste at all!

Also, 100% grassfed ruminant animals are actually beneficial for the environment. You can actually reverse desertification with natural cattle grazing! Here's an example from Allan Savory's reversal of desertification, it is very enlightening and inspiring!

Also, when eating 100% grassfed meats, including marrow and organ meats, and some wild caught fish, there is no need for supplements, no need for "fiber" (which can be actually damaging to our bodies), no need for hours and hours of hard exercise to try and avoid bodyfat gain. Zero carb, just meat and fat, is an extremely natural way for our bodies to thrive!

Since these foods are so incredibly nutrient dense, only very small amounts of food are needed. It is a very efficient system!

To prepare these foods requires very little preparation or time. Larger cuts can be put in a dry crock-pot for the day. Smaller cuts can be cooked simply in a toaster oven! No chopping, no seasoning, no marinating, and hardly any waste at all besides bones! So easy to clean up as well! So wonderfully simple, delicious, and easy!

In contrast, the amount of work and effort required to raise grains and process oils is shocking! Plus there are the environmental degradations of monoculture farming. And of course, there are the countless negative effects on our health!

Meat, fat and salt are a very natural way of life, to be enjoyed, honored, and treasured!
