Keto Carnivory: Grassfed Dairy for Affordable Carnivory

I have been eating 100% grassfed raw dairy for about a month and a half now, and am doing well, knock on wood! I have been making ряжанка, Ukrainian style fermented baked milk. It is so delicious and nutritious, and just $1 per serving! I also have been enjoying grassfed butter and cheese slices, which is again nourishing, satisfying, and under $1 per serving!

I did a blood ketone check yesterday and today, and it was good both times, at 1.4mmol/l. So that is great!

Otherwise I am eating a few grassfed beef cuts that are under $5/lb, such as beef and veal shank crosscut, liver, heart, kidney, tongue, and short ribs.

I should receive my blood glucose strips and will report back on how my glucose is doing after adding dairy.
