Everything You've Ever Been Told Is Wrong

I've been strict zero carb keto for over one year now, and I was on and off it for about 7 years prior. I've done a lot of research, watched a lot of lectures, read a lot of books and journals. And I've come to the conclusion that everything we've ever been told is wrong!

So I'm going to set the record straight! Here's the truth:

-Fat is actually good for you. Animal fat. From large animals. It really, truly is. If it makes up most of your calories, and you don't eat carbs, it will improve your health all across the board. Ketogenic diets are being found to help improve diabetes, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, cancer, bipolar, obesity, PCOS, migraines, menstrual cramps, and the list goes on.

-Do not eat any grains at all. Not whole grains, not 11 servings a day, not half your plate, no carb counting. Just none. They are filler foods, very low in nutrients, calories, and antioxidants compared to ruminant fat. They are extremely labor intensive and harmful to the soil. They are only made cheap and plentiful because of the economy of scale in the modern world and taxpayer subsidies.

-Plants are not your friends. They do not want to be eaten and have a wide assortment of mechanisms to keep animals from eating them, all of which make it difficult for your body to actually utilize the nutrients in them. We are not ruminants. Most plant matter just ends up passing through your body undigested and can actually cause uncomfortable fermentation and bloating in your gut.

-Plant eating is not sustainable. Most plants are extremely low in calories, especially the "leafy greens" that everyone is so fond of recommending. Plant farming is extremely inefficient, expensive, labor intensive, and soil eroding compared to raising 100% grassfed and grass finished ruminants that actually renew lands and reverse desertification.

-Blood cholesterol testing is meaningless. There is no correlation between artery health and blood cholesterol levels. They are just not related. Completely meaningless numbers. There's no point in measuring them _at all_. It's a smokescreen to keep you following erroneous nutrition information from the powers that be that have a lot to gain from it. You can _actually_ find out your true artery health through CT heart scans and trivascular ultrasound scans, often at quite affordable prices too.

-Exercise doesn't work for weight loss. Our bodies are designed for maximum efficiency of caloric intake. That means you have to do a hell of lot of exercise to burn any significant amount of calories. It is much easier and simpler to follow a ketogenic diet, which naturally satiates and curbs hunger, reducing your calorie intake.

-Salt is good for you. You need salt, real whole salt, to maintain your electrolyte balance and provide essential chloride which your body utilizes for a variety of functions including digestion and neurological health.

-Don't "graze" and don't "snack". Our bodies are designed for feast and famine, and our health is better following that method. Constant grazing is for ruminant animals.

-Don't take pills. Not pharmaceuticals, not supplements, not probiotics. Whether you like it or not, homo sapiens is a top level predator. If you eat as a predator (eating animal fat and meat), you don't need any supplements, or probiotics, or pharmaceuticals. You have to put on your big girl pants and face the facts. It is what it is, and that is our place. If you eat organ meats and good grassfed ruminant fat, you will not need any supplementation.

I'm out of time now, but that's just the start! There's so much we've accepted as gospel that is not only flat out wrong, but detrimental to our health, the health of the earth, destroys economic freedom, and keeps special interests rich at our expense.

The truth is out there! Eat meat, fat, and salt!
