So Many Benefits, Let's Get the Word Out!

There are so many benefits to the zero carb keto / carnivore lifestyle. When I see the other meat-only followers post all the various conditions that it has healed for them, it is just amazing!

For me, it has healed my colitis so that I no longer have any symptoms at all as long as I stick to just meat and water (no eggs or dairy at all, that includes no butter, no ghee). I usually stick with red meat, mostly mutton and also beef. I try to use 100% grassfed and locally raised when possible. As long as there is a good ketogenic ratio of fat to protein, around 70% fat to 30% protein in terms of calories, fatty red meat will provide all necessary nutrients and antioxidants!

In addition, eating zero carb keto provides easy satiation with small portions, which is not only economical but also makes food purchasing, prep and cleanup very easy! And there's no waste unlike with plant foods!

Another benefit is how easy it is to maintain a low bodyfat!

Also, it provides an amazing steady energy level all day, all night, with low insulin and glucose levels all the time. This in turn creates great health throughout the whole body, including cardiovascular, brain, joint, and digestion.

I am so happy that the word is getting out!
