It feels so good to live the zero carb keto lifestyle! It really feels in alignment with nature. This is how our species lived for over a hundred thousand years! Eating fatty grassfed ruminant animals or wild caught fatty seafoods is exactly what our ancestors have done throughout all of the history of homo sapiens. It is what made us who we are.

It is the simple, delicious key to perfect health, providing efficient, easily assimilated full nutrition with no waste or supplementation. Zero carb keto keeps blood sugar and insulin very low at all times. No more spikes and crashes, which is the source of diabetes and possibly cancer. No more inflammation, which is the source of cardiovascular disease and joint pain. The easily assimilated nutrients allow for full development of teeth, hair, eyes, muscle, bone, and healthy digestive system.

In addition, the grazing of grassfed ruminant animals who have natural predators actually helps replenish the topsoil. It also maintains and supports the diversity of species in habitats. Agriculture on the other hand, causes the destruction of topsoil, erodes habitats, and eventually leads to desertification and death of multiple species. Not to mention the deleterious effects of agriculture on the human condition! 

It is a really interesting concept to me that we can so easily live healthfully and also in support of the environment, by simply following the delicious and easy zero carb keto lifestyle!
