I just wanted to post these up, here's some mercury levels in some foods in ppm:

Safe:
shrimp .009, scallops .003,beef muscle .005, clams .009,beef liver .010, pork muscle .011, oysters .012, eggs .012, pork liver .015, tilapia .04,crawfish .033,catfish .025,squid .023,salmon .02

Not As Safe:
mackerel .16,crab .18,mahimahi .16,

Not Safe:
swordfish 1.69, cod .3,tuna .5,snapper .47,trout .25,bass .73,pollock .2,lobster .3
