Keto Carnivory: Fish-Based Carnivore Diet when Traveling

I wanted to mention some options I have found for continuing a fish-based keto carnivore diet when traveling. This last week, I have been home and enjoyed small, oily fish from my local Asian grocery store, such as mackerel, milkfish, pompano, and yellow croaker.I broil them in my oven for about five minutes with skin side down, then a few more minutes with the skin side up, for a wonderful flaky flesh and crispy skin.

I needed to be away from home a bit, and discovered some options for continuing the fish-based carnivore diet on the road. At a local health food store, I found some canned sardines and kippers packed only in water, without seasoning or added oils. So that works great!

Knock on wood, I have been doing well with the fish and really enjoy it.
