Keto Carnivory: Pescetarian Carnivore Four Days In

Since Friday I have been doing a strictly fish-based carnivore diet. I am trying to get fatty small fish so they should be low in mercury. Mackerel, anchovies, baby milkfish, yellow croaker, saury. 

They are really good and the skins are great and crispy when broiled. 

My weight has gone up three pounds since Friday. I am assuming this is water retention from salt. I am not eating any more calories, but some of these fish are salted and I wasn't using salt before at all. 

Salt-caused water retention is supposed to level off within a few days. So hopefully today is the last of that!
