Keto Carnivore: Organ Meats, Sorting Out:Crohn's/Colitis or Heart Block?

I am back to eating beef organ meats. I enjoy them so much! I have been enjoying beef kidney, heart, marrow fat, tendon (and ensuing aspic), tongue, liver. They taste great and I love the variety of textures and flavors. And knock on wood, it has been working well for my gut.

I am still trying to sort out what caused my fainting episodes. I had a cardiology appointment yesterday, but no clear answers came from that.

I suspect it is Brugada Syndrome or progressive familial heart block, since I have the mutation for it. But the Brugada pattern hasn't shown on an ECG yet. I have been having dizziness lately as well.

The cardiologist wasn't sure what to think. He thought maybe the fainting was vasovagal. 

Which came first? Did a gut issue cause the fainting? Or did a heart issue cause the gut reaction?
