Keto Carnivory: Ah, Red Meat! So Good

I am feeling really good having switched back to good grassfed local beef from my favorite rancher. He really knows how to raise good grassfed Angus, that has a nice marbling. 

Good grassfed beef is so satisfying. The oily fish I was eating was good, but this is more satisfying. And the fish had little bones to deal with, which got annoying after a while.

I picked up some keto cuts like chuck roast, shoulder roast, ground beef, and oxtail. Then also some lean cuts like heart and tendon (and I still have some liver and kidney). I will eat the lean cuts with a fatty side, so I picked up some marrow bones, tongue, and sweetbreads for that!

In other news, I have a theory on what may have caused my terrible fainting episodes last month during which I got a very bad concussion. I think I might have Brugada syndrome, a genetic heart mutation which causes fainting or sudden death. I made an appointment with a cardiologist next week. So hopefully some answers soon!
