Zero Carbin' in Summertime!

I was thinking there is not much finer in life than zero-carbing it in summertime! The grill comes out!

And even the most savory, wonderful cuts of lamb become even more amazing when grilled tenderly over real charcoal. Oh hell yes!

I try to mimic the taste in the winter with smoked salts of various woods. Alderwood smoked salt is my favorite! But there's nothing quite like real charcoal grilling. Certainly not propane!

It helps that my significant other is a fantastic grillmaster. He uses a chimney rather than nasty, noxious starter fluid. It really makes a difference in taste!

My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Some of my favorite cuts to grill are sweetbreads. These delicacies are completely amazing when grilled! Lamb chops and lamb steaks are ridiculously good too!

Mmmmm...let's get that grill started! What a great time to be a meat eater!
