Keto Carnivore: Back to High Protein
After my brief forays into both high-fat, and adding a little rice to combat the high fat, I am back to high protein again. That just really seems to work best for my gut. Now I just have to figure out why it makes my weight go up even though I am in extreme caloric deficit and working out. I have been walking an hour a day plus 30 minutes ballet barre exercise. Yet my weight is still going up a little everyday. However at this point I don't care anymore. I just want to have my gut be settled. And high protein works for that.
I have some freezer lamb left from the two whole lamb shares that I bought. But I'm thinking I will pick up some more seafood today. I like to stick with the small things like mussels, clams, scallops, calamari. Those are all low in mercury. I tested for mercury recently and it was very high. So I want to be careful about that. I also might want to pick up some goat meat for additional variety.
