Keto Carnivore: That Delicate Fat Intake Balace

I'm feeling much more like myself again after a terrible bout of depression over the weekend. I don't know what the problem was exactly. I think that I was just eating too low-fat. I was doing a piscivore diet and my fat intake was about as low as 20%. I think that was depriving my brain of necessary fatty acids. So I have returned to eating lamb, and not eating the visible fat, and I'm also eating pemmican. My fat intake is now around 50 to 60%. That is seems to be much better.

Eating too much fat causes intestinal cramping and diarrhea for me which was also terrible. I got it from eating visible fat on beef and lamb and even from eating wagyu beef without visible fat. But I can't also can't eat too low-fat either. Because that caused depression and weight gain.

My depression this weekend could have also been related to accidentally eating sugar. I had bought some prepared cuttlefish and it only listed cuttlefish as an ingredient. But I am certain there was sugar in it. It tasted very sweet to me and when I looked up prepared cuttlefish online, all other preparations included sugar.

So I don't know which exactly was the problem, but I'm going to continue with eating lamb and pemmican instead of seafood. It's good to feel like myself again. It was some really severe depression that I had over the weekend. Not to be trifled with!
