Zero Carb Keto, How Do I Love Thee?

...let me count the ways!

1) Zero carb keto is just so wonderfully _simple_. Fatty meat, salt, water. A crockpot and a toaster oven. One plate, one fork (or just fingers!). No chopping, no planning, no recipes.

2) Perfectly steady low blood sugar levels all day, all night.

3) Low blood pressure.

4) No more mood swings.

5) Easy menses.

6) Easy to keep low bodyfat.

7) Easy to practice calorie restriction for health and autophagy.

8) No hunger.

9) Supports local farmers.

10) Environmentally sustainable.

11) Trouble-free digestion.

12) Great health parameters and healthy feeling.

13) Incredibly satisfying and delicious.

14) Efficient. So nutrient dense, very small amounts of food needed. Low waste and low body waste.

15) Extremely nutritious.

16) Time saving.

17) Ancestral. I feel tied to our homo sapiens ancestry.

18) Independence...great way to break free of the constraints of complicated meals!

19) Economical. Especially because you won't want to eat out any more!

20) Gratefulness. This one is hard to describe! It is a feeling of overall satiation in life.

I hope this conveys some of the wonderful aspects of zero carb keto!

  1. 20 fantastics reasons. Thanks for sharing. In the picture of the lamb ribs, is the yellow coating a layer of fat? It looks like cheese, although I know it's not. When you buy the lamb do you have to ask them to keep the fat on?

    1. Thank you! Yes that is indeed fat! And I didn't even have to ask them to keep the fat on these! But I do ask for that on my whole lamb shares just so they know that I really do want the fat!
