The Beauty of Simplicity
I had to give up on plastic-free meat, unfortunately, because I need freshly cooked meat for my gut and overall health. So yesterday I picked up 38 lbs of good, fatty, local grassfed beef, including some offal cuts. I am so excited! As soon as I get the beef heart thawed out enough, I will slice it really thin and make some wonderful homemade simple salted beefheart jerky. It is so flavorful and amazing! And chock full of nutrients such as coenzyme Q10!
It is amazing how wonderful the simplest foods can be! Just completely outshining any complex chef's creation!
I think it is amazing to appreciate the beauty in simplicity. Simple food, just healthy, fresh meat, salt, and water. Simple clothes and linens made of beautiful, handmade, natural fibers, such as this wonderful smelling, breathable linen coverlet I use for my bed:

Simple tools such as this beautiful handmade horn comb:

Or simple artworks such as this prehistoric ivory horse:

I am in awe of such beauty!
And I am in awe of the wondrous health that can be achieved with just simple, local, fatty beef, lamb, water, and salt. And the flavor! Heaven on earth!
