Keto Carnivory: More Fish! More Fish! And lamb over beef!

I decided I really want to add more fish to my diet. I just love it so much! Mackerel and sanma and cod liver are just so tasty! And I feel so great when I eat them!

I can both buy wild caught mackerel and sanma at the local Asian grocery store. The Icelandic cod liver I order by the case online. All of them are surprisingly affordable! The sanma is just $1.75 per meal! How affordable for such tasty, healthy, wonderful food!

I also like to get some other seafood at the Asian grocery store too. such as wild-caught New Zealand mussels and tiny dried whole anchovies. I have been eyeing their prawns as well. I've never had prawns, actually! So maybe I'll try them. For these leaner seafood types, I'll have beef marrow fat on the side. They also have many other whole fish, which I'm not sure what they are as they unlabeled. I might ask for help next time I go!

Also, I wanted to mention that I was able to a direct comparison of a good 100% grassfed locally raised fatty beef brisket compared to a similar lamb roast.  I cooked them together in the same slow cooker for 12 hours. The lamb is so much more succulent and full of intramuscular fat! Hands down. No more beef for me, besides some oxtail and marrow fat! Lamb and mutton are so much better! Plus, their fatty acid profile is better than beef too, even grassfed!
