Keto carnivore: Fatty Fish Based Carnivore!

I have realized that to do a successful fish-based carnivore diet, it has to be mostly fatty fish. So I have been eating mackerel, Pacific saury, and when I have lean fish, I add marrowfat.

That is working much better for me than trying to just eat lean fish. I was getting low in ketones, and losing focus and being tired. I need that fat!

I plan on going to the Asian grocery store again tomorrow. I will pick up more mackerel, Pacific saury, Greenland halibut, and then some lean fish such as mussels, squid, shrimp, squid.

I'm also planning on picking up some dried fish which I will pack with marrow fat for my lunches. That way I can have fish for lunch, but not bother my office mates with the smell.

I will post back on how well that works!
