Keto Carnivory: Pescetarian Carnivore Diet - Packing Lunches?

I am feeling great after my weekend of fully seafood-based carnivore! However, it is back to work today, and I must figure out how to pack a lunch. I am going to try bringing some dried pollock and marrow fat. But it isn't enough calories. I think I could bring a small cooked salmon fillet and eat it cold. But I don't have any at the moment. Mostly what I picked up at the Asian grocery store on Saturday was mollusks: clams, mussels, squid, and cuttlefish. I don't think I really want to try packing any of those in my lunch, unless I used an ice pack.

I need to figure out something. I really enjoy the seafood-based carnivore diet. My digestion has been so good!

I guess maybe that's what I'll try. I'll pack some pre-cooked fish and marrow fat along with an ice pack, and eat it cold so it won't create fish smell in the office.

I checked out my local health food grocery store and their wild-caught seafood options were actually quite good, not too expensive, and clearly labelled. They had wild-caught salmon, swordfish, scallops, shrimp, and squid. So I will start going there instead of the Asian grocery store!
