Also, one cow can feed two people on zero carb keto for an entire year! Raising that cow on 100% grass using rotational grazing replenishes the soil and preserves natural grasslands and native habitats for a huge variety of life. In addition, that cow can provide clothing and soap as well from the leather and tallow.

As a society, modern humans have managed to make things a lot more complicated than they need to be! Just fatty red meat, salt, water. It really makes sense when you step back and take a good look!
